Forty pounds ago I sat on a couch watching TV and saw an infomercial that changed my life. I had such incredible success with the fitness program that I tried other programs by the same company. Well, that company impressed me so much that I became an Independent Team Beachbody Coach for my new business.

LIFE AS I KNOW IT

I am widowed. I was married to the most wonderful woman in the whole world, Terri, for seven years until an auto accident took her life on December 9, 2003.

I have quite a few pets and animals such as dogs, cats, and birds. You can see my critters in my Photo and Video Galleries.

I am also a board member of a German Shepherd Dog Rescue called Arf's German Shepherd Rescue, Inc., that my wife founded in March 2002.

I have also taken over as the list owner for Wisconsin Dog Rescue for my wife, but that list is run by the wonderful moderators.

FUN WITH TECHNOLOGY

I am an Instructional Technology Specialist for the School District of Beloit in Wisconsin. I specialize in filming, editing and producing professional development videos for the district. I have been in education since 1990 and taught in special education for eleven years.
